At Koosa Whitewall Machines customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Although we have never had anyone return a machine, trust is important to us.

WARRANTY

All of our Koosa Whitewall Machines come with a one year manufacturer's guarantee for the machine provided you are the original purchaser. Grinders do not come with a warranty from us as we do not manufacture them. Machines that are resold do not have a warranty. If you have any problems with your machine please contact us directly and we will help you.

RETURNS

All items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund provided the items are in original condition and have not been used. The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING

Please allow 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email for your order to be processed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Koosa Whitewall Machines offers free delivery Australia wide for all bundle and package purchases. All other orders within Australia will be subject to a $10 express post delivery charge.

International Shipping costs will be determined once shipping information has been supplied.
